Refund & Returns Policy for Bluebonnet Confections

At Bluebonnet Confections, we take great pride in crafting fresh, high-quality, made-to-order marshmallows for you. Due to the perishable nature of our products and for food safety reasons, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Exceptions (at our sole discretion):

In the rare event that there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect flavor sent, significant damage during our delivery), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at bluebonnetconfectionstx@gmail.com. We may request photo evidence of the issue to assess the situation. Any resolution, including a replacement or store credit, will be at the sole discretion of Bluebonnet Confections.

We are not responsible for issues arising from:

  • Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.

  • Orders not being picked up or received within the agreed-upon timeframe.

  • Damage occurring after the product has been delivered or picked up.

  • Dislike of a flavor that was ordered.
